The loading robot developed by Jinshi Robot has solved the problem of rapid outbound of goods by utilizing four-way deformation and high load pushing ability.
Firstly, the platform automatically adapts to the height and width of the cargo box and container through overall lifting and chain plate width adjustment. Then, the goods are placed on the chain plate, and finally, the goods are driven by the push plate to be delivered to the truck or container, completely replacing manual handling and improving the efficiency of shipment, solving the problem of vehicles waiting for goods. It can be widely applied in industries such as manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, chemical industry, construction, logistics, raw materials, and energy.
The M7 forklift loading robot is designed specifically for Sichuan style pallets, with full servo automatic height adjustment and no need for manual labor. It drives the forks through a chain to achieve the platform's cargo pushing function. It can also be directly linked to the production line to achieve fully automatic loading and unloading.
